AmSkills, a Pasco-based nonprofit, partners with the Florida Semiconductor Institute to expand its training programs statewide. The partnership aims to provide opportunities for employment in the semiconductor industry throughout Florida, particularly benefiting residents in underserved areas like eastern Pasco County. AmSkills also plans to expand its pre-apprenticeship program to more high schools.
