An award-winning frozen custard shop opened its first location in Pasco, Florida. Andy’s Frozen Custard is known for its ‘Made Fresh Hourly’ frozen custard and ‘Baked Fresh Daily’ toppings. They are celebrating the grand opening by offering regular-size one-topping sundaes for $1 and a chance to win free frozen custard for a year. They plan to open a second location soon in Lutz.
