Pasco County commissioners unanimously approved an economic development agreement for the first phase of the Legacy Wiregrass Ranch project, a downtown development on 30 acres of former ranchland. The project will feature office space, a hotel, ‘eatertainment’, and green spaces. The developers will receive a $50 million tax rebate over 30 years to incentivize the project.
