A rough weather patch is expected to hit Tampa Bay over the weekend, with heavy rain, thunderstorms, and the possibility of flooding and tornadoes. The worst of the storm is expected to begin Saturday evening and last through Sunday. Outdoor plans should be cancelled or rescheduled due to the weather.
