A Clearwater police officer with a history of unruly behavior and mental health and substance abuse issues was arrested Sunday in Pasco County on an aggravated stalking charge. The officer, Brian Robert Tejera, sent threatening messages to his girlfriend and her family for several days, according to the Clearwater Police Department.
