Cope Notes, a randomly timed text message service that trains the brain to combat automatic negative thoughts, has been teamed up with Central Florida Behavioral Health Network to provide it to all Pasco County students in middle and high school, as well as all district staff, free of charge. The service is proven to reduce stress, anxiety, and depression and can also improve focus, emotional intelligence, resilience, and coping skills.
