What’s Up Pasco, a non-profit offering consulting and support for charities, has closed due to a bug infestation, leaks, and broken air conditioning at Gulfview Square Mall in Port Richey, Florida. Other businesses, such as Chocolates by Michelle, are struggling due to lack of foot traffic. The mall owners, Namdar Realty Group, have not provided solutions or plans for improvement.
