After facing opposition from residents and historical preservation groups, a developer has withdrawn his plan for a large themed restaurant at Pasco’s Anclote River Park. The county commissioners accepted the termination of the lease signed by developer Keith Overton, who was known for his successful businesses like RumFish Grill and OCC Roadhouse & Museum.
