A man was arrested for drunk driving after he crashed into a Florida Highway Patrol vehicle that was investigating a different crash on I-75 early Sunday morning. The driver, Elmer Perez Ramirez, was found to have slurred speech, bloodshot eyes, and a strong smell of alcohol.
