Pasco County is considering a plan to develop executive housing on acre lots in the low-income area of Lacoochee, Florida. The plan includes a collaboration with the Withlacoochee River Electric Cooperative and the development of a food market in the core area of Lacoochee. The plan also includes a housing area with a density of one home per gross acre to serve the business development in the area.
