A 38-year-old Hudson woman died, and three teenagers were seriously injured in a collision between a Kia Forte and a tractor-trailer in Dade City, Florida. The accident occurred when the Kia Forte driver attempted to turn left under a flashing yellow turn signal and collided with the westbound tractor-trailer.
