Sophie Cuviello of Oakstead Elementary School in Land O’ Lakes was recognized as Florida’s AAA School Safety Patroller of the Year for her outstanding efforts in keeping students safe and her contributions to the school community. The student patrol program helps children like Cuviello learn responsibility and leadership skills.
