Florida’s new budget for 2024-2025 is $116.5 billion. The budget includes 199 new laws, and an additional $2 billion in spending tucked into bills. Among the new laws are provisions for victim compensation, changes in work hours for minors, self-defense arguments for bear shootings, and the release of grand jury testimony involving Jeffrey Epstein.
