The My Safe Florida Home program has been renewed with $200 million in funding, including an expansion to coastal condo owners. The program offers a grant of up to $10,000 for upgrades to homes valued up to $700,000. Starting in July, older and lower-income homeowners will be given priority for the funding. Condo grants are also available for specific upgrades, with a total grant award up to $175,000 per association.
