A Florida district court permanently blocked the state from enforcing an unconstitutional law that banned health care for trans youth and restricted it for trans adults. The judge wrote that the law was created with a ‘discriminatory purpose’ and is ‘unconstitutional’. The ban on surgery for minors and other aspects of the decision were not challenged in the lawsuit.
