Florida schools received their grades for the 2023-24 school year and saw significant improvements, with Pinellas County earning its first district-wide A grade and Hillsborough County decreasing the number of D and F schools. Pasco County had mixed results, but all saw progress. The grades are based on student test scores and participation in college-level programs.
