Myndee Washington, a plaintiff in a lawsuit challenging the constitutionality of the Don’t Say Gay law, received a settlement from the state of Florida that clarifies the law does not require the removal of safe space stickers. She plans to bring the stickers back to her classroom at Pasco County Schools, and is advocating for other teachers to do the same.
