A SHINE volunteer will be available to answer fraud questions on Jan. 7 at 10:30 a.m. at the Centennial Park Library, 5740 Moog Road, Holiday. The most effective way to stop fraud from occurring is to prevent it in the first place. For information call 727-834-3204.
