Grace’s Food Pantry Brings Hope and Help to New Port Richey Community

Grace Sepulveda started the first of five food pantries in the Tampa Bay Area 13 years ago in the Landings of St. Andrew complex in New Port Richey, where Mary Maya moved and found relief from food insecurity. The food pantry operates out of communities’ clubhouses and pairs residents with shoppers who help them pick out what they want. Grace runs the pantries with her son, Edward Sepulveda, and they rely on donations from sponsors and purchase everything else themselves. They have communities calling them asking to open pantries and plan to open another location in March. The service is life-changing for residents like Mary Maya.
