Wesley Chapel CEO Beat Kahli is set to celebrate the grand opening of the first multi-use building in his town, Avalon Park Wesley Chapel. The 73,000-square-foot, three-story building will feature 40 modern apartment homes and nearly 23,000 square feet of commercial and retail offerings, with full occupancy already secured. The downtown area will also host various services, such as restaurants, shops, a pet care center, and more.
