A group of high school students from J.W. Mitchell High School’s National English Honor Society visit Dayspring Academy to read to the preschoolers. The reading sessions fulfill the service requirement for NEHS members and aim to share the love of literacy. The high schoolers find it rewarding and a good way to develop public speaking skills.
