A 19-year-old driver, Rolando Joaquin Garza, was traveling at high speed and making dangerous lane changes on I-275, leading to a collision with a Lexus driven by a 74-year-old woman. Both drivers were injured and transported to local hospitals. Garza was later charged with reckless driving.
