The driver of a vehicle involved in a hit-and-run incident on September 4th in New Port Richey, FL has been identified and arrested. The incident occurred at the intersection of Van Buren Street and Indiana Avenue, where an eleven-year-old female victim on a bicycle was struck by a smaller red vehicle, believed to be a Hyundai, and the driver fled the scene.
