Hope Services, a Pasco County nonprofit, opened a new program that teaches life and vocational skills to people with disabilities. Executive Director Cindy Bray said the program’s goal is to teach students how to live on their own and become employed. Chef Brent Belcher is among the teachers at the new retail training room, and students like Cheyenne Stoltz are learning valuable culinary skills.
