Pasco County is under a state emergency. Mandatory evacuations for zones A and B, mobile homes, low-lying areas, and flood-prone areas are effective from Monday at 10 a.m. Residents in Zone C, Special Needs Residents, and those vulnerable in power loss are under voluntary evacuation. Shelters will open on Monday, with free transportation provided by GoPasco. Pasco County Schools, Pasco-Hernando State College, and all extracurricular activities will be closed for Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday as a precaution.
