Dennis Hackett, a long-time blood donor, is being honored by LifeSouth Community Blood Center for his donation efforts. The event on Sept. 13 aims to raise awareness for Moffitt Cancer Center and collect platelets for cancer patients. Donors will receive incentives and the center invites vendors to join.
