The New Port Richey Police Department is investigating a significant fraud and theft case involving Michael Bundy, owner of Sunista Realty. Bundy, who manages properties and collects rent on behalf of clients, is accused of misappropriating funds and diverting them into his personal use. Surveillance footage has captured evidence of these actions, and 26 victims have come forward reporting losses exceeding $360,000. Authorities believe the total amount stolen could surpass $1.5 million as more victims are coming forward each day.
