Florida Department of Law Enforcement identified a man, Greg Parsons, involved in a deadly confrontation outside an FDOT office. He had posted videos criticizing FDOT District 7 officials and Pasco County Metropolitan Planning Organization members. Parsons threatened to drive into the FDOT building and was found with multiple handguns, magazines, and bombs in his SUV.
