A 36-year-old man, Stephan Bungartz, went missing after taking his kayak out on the water on Monday afternoon in the Gulfview Dr. area of New Port Richey. Coast Guard crews and sheriff’s deputies are searching for him. He is 6-feet tall, 190 pounds with brown eyes and hair. Anyone with information is asked to call Sector St. Petersburg or the Pasco Sheriff’s Non-Emergency Line.
