A Pasco County mother, Jennifer Reznick, spent a day in Tallahassee to push for changes to House Bill 85, which could lead to school districts offering courtesy buses to middle and high school students who live within two miles of their school. Reznick’s daughter was hit by a car and left on the road, and she fears for her children’s safety due to the district’s bus policy changes caused by a bus driver shortage.
