A Pasco County mother, Tammy Plakstis, continues her efforts to raise awareness about the dangers of fentanyl after losing her son four years ago. She has put up a billboard in New Port Richey, featuring her son’s face and others who have died from fentanyl poisoning. Tammy plans a rally on Dec. 21 to hand out Narcan or Naloxone.
