A motorcycle accident early this morning claimed the life of a 22-year-old New Port Richey man. The accident occurred around 5:10 am on East Lake Road, south of Keystone Road. The motorcyclist was traveling at a high rate of speed and overtook and collided with the rear of a Dodge Ram pickup truck. The driver of the pickup truck was not injured.
