A motorcyclist died after a car struck him as he was yielding to an emergency service vehicle on Tuesday night in Odessa, according to the Florida Highway Patrol. Around 8:54 p.m., a Hyundai G80 was traveling westbound on SR-54 behind a Harley Davidson motorcycle. Officials said the motorcyclist pulled over for an oncoming fire truck responding to a call for service. However, the driver in the Hyundai didn’t stop and struck the motorcyclist who died at the scene of the crash.
