A 100-acre mixed-use development is planned for the area north of State Road 52 in Pasco County, near the newly expanded intersection of U.S. 41 and State Road 52. The development will feature 350 multi-family units, 160 townhomes, 25,000 square feet of commercial space, and park space, targeting the estimated 14,000 employees expected at the nearby Moffitt Speros medical city.
