The City of New Port Richey will celebrate Arbor Day on January 17, 2025, by planting trees at Frances Park. The event is a partnership with the City’s Environmental Committee, New Port Richey FarmNet, and Genesis School, and aims to address the issue of deforestation and promote sustainability. Since 1989, New Port Richey has been dedicated to reforestation throughout the city.
