An employee at the Achieve Center in New Port Richey was arrested for child abuse after allegedly assaulting an eight-year-old student. Witnesses reported that the employee forcefully pulled the child, threw him to the ground, and pushed him against a wooden cabinet, causing a bloody nose. The employee attempted to cover up the incident by sending a false text message to a teacher.
