The New Port Richey Police Department’s Life Improvement Facilitation Team (LIFT) is working to assist homeless individuals, including those suffering from mental illness, drug addiction, or overdose. LIFT has added a case manager from BayCare to help connect people with treatment centers and guide them towards success.
