The New Port Richey Police Department is seeking the public’s help in locating a car involved in a hit-and-run crash that seriously injured a 16-year-old boy on Wednesday night. A Kia sedan is described as the suspect vehicle and witnesses reported seeing it traveling south on Madison Street.
