The city of New Port Richey is considering preserving the red-brick building that once housed Gulf High School and turning it into a cultural center. The community interest in the redevelopment project has generated for the meeting on Tuesday was at least partially fueled by a recommendation by City Manager Debbie Manns to offer the property up for sale to a developer.
