Three students from New Port Richey, Florida, were awarded first prizes in their grade categories for their research projects on the city’s centennial history. The projects focused on the history of local landmarks like the Hacienda Hotel, Sims Park, and the Cotee River, and the students will receive a day at Disney World with three guests as their prize.
