The city of New Port Richey updated its plan for redeveloping portions of the city. A developer received a grant for work done on a building and the project includes a restaurant and offices. The redevelopment board approved a change order for a new feature at the entrance of the city. Funding is coming from both public and private sources. The city manager assured the board that the plan is to bring mature trees to the intersection.
