Kelli and Todd Chamberlin fought for nine years in court to prove that their son Clark suffered catastrophic brain injury after birth. Now, the St. Petersburg nonprofit that administers the fund has filed for bankruptcy and is accused of a ‘decade long predatory scheme’ that drained over 1,500 trust funds set up for disabled individuals and others with complex medical needs.
