Pasco County introduces a new policy allowing parents to restrict their children’s access to certain library materials. The children’s library card, optional but restrictive, will control access to books aimed at youngsters only. Commissioners discussed the possibility of relocating some books, rather than permanently removing them, to provide more parental control.
