Pasco County has appointed Ryan Guynn as the new fire chief for Pasco County Fire Rescue. Guynn has over 25 years of experience in public safety, including his time with PCFR starting in 2003. He has served the agency in various roles, including firefighter, driver engineer, captain, division chief, deputy chief, assistant chief, and interim fire chief.
