Residents in Pasco County, Florida are still dealing with the aftermath of hurricane-related flooding that occurred three months ago. John King’s garage was flooded, but his house was spared. Matthew Johnson’s home, however, remains flooded and inaccessible, and they fear it’s a total loss. They’ve lost everything and are still paying the mortgage. Neighbors believe the flooding is partially manmade due to insufficient infrastructure and improper drainage.
