Pasco County, FL has issued a voluntary evacuation order for certain areas ahead of Tropical Depression 4, which is expected to bring life-threatening storm surge and tropical storm force winds this weekend. Residents in vulnerable areas, including those in manufactured homes, mobile homes, or RVs, as well as those in low-lying or flood-prone areas, are urged to evacuate.
