Pasco County Partners With Catholic Charities For Temporary Hurricane Shelters

A new facility called Pasco Hope is being operationalized this week in Holiday, Florida, providing temporary shelter for families and individuals displaced by hurricanes Helene and Milton. The site, purchased by the county, offers FEMA-donated RVs and county-purchased pallet homes. Once the displaced have found permanent housing, the facility will become a low-barrier shelter for the homeless in Pasco County.
