The Pasco County Planning Commission refused to approve a redevelopment plan for a massive mixed-use development in Pasco County. The development would include 785 acres of retail, commercial, and residential space, and was approved two years ago on Little Road. The commissioners were critical of the previous development and were seeking code exceptions that would reduce park land, buffers, and parking requirements.
