Pasco County government leaders say they are in full recovery mode following Hurricane Helene. Evacuation orders are still in effect for Zone A, while those for Zones B and C have been lifted. Government offices will reopen on Monday except for specified exceptions, and nearly 600 people stayed in shelters. Comfort stations will be open on Sunday for food, water, and other amenities.
