Pasco County Schools have introduced Cope Notes, a free daily text service that sends motivational and positive messages to help support mental well-being. The service has been well-received by social workers and students, with research showing a decrease in depression, anxiety, and stress within 30 days. Over 98% of students reported feeling more supported and positive after reading Cope Notes.
